Every beginning is difficult!
Getting here has not always been easy for me. But I definitely wouldn't want to change anything. My experiences made me who I am today. I have learned from mistakes and let my customers benefit from them today.
I am an expert in my field.
But without a good team, an excellent network of experienced experts, I wouldn't be where I am today.
I love working with like-minded people and achieving goals with passion and competence. My network supports me and maybe you too in mastering the challenges of the current time.
My second passion ...
... is my family with a loving wife, four children and one grandchild.
Accompanying my children to find their way in life and to become happy has always challenged me a lot and required a lot of flexibility and empathy.
Every person is different, as every company is.
With the grandson now I'm building in addition to digital business processes again railroad tracks and jungle gym. There is nothing more beautiful than bright children's eyes!
My career in short
After completing my degree in computer science, I started as an entrepreneur with three colleagues at COMSOFT GmbH (project manager, department manager, authorized signatory, process automation and development of the SAP consulting business) in 1981.
This was followed by IBCS S.A. (Founder and CEO, building up the business for process automation and SAP consulting with subsidiaries in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia).
At the beginning of 2000, IBCS became part of the IDS Scheer Group and I took on business responsibilities at IDS Scheer for the Central and Eastern European region.
In 2003, in addition to my position as CEO of IDS Scheer CEE S.A., I became a member of the Extended Board of IDS Scheer AG, Saarbrücken. During this time I was fully responsible for 500 employees in six countries and built up a partner network in ten other countries in the region.
In 2005 I became a member of the Executive Board of IDS Scheer AG with responsibility for the entire international business of IDS Scheer AG. In 2006 I was co-editor of the book "Agility by ARIS Business Process Management" from Springer-Verlag.
In June 2007 I started as a member of the board of directors at Metasonic AG, a venture capital-financed company that spread subject-oriented business process management in the global market. From 2009 I was the only member of the board responsible for the global growth of Metasonic AG.
In 2014, Metasonic AG was taken over by Allgeier IT Solutions. As managing director, I was responsible for the international marketing & sales of the process digitization platform metasonic®.
In 2020 I decided to work as an independent management consultant to support other enterprises in their digital transformation.
